So yea, remember how I was dying yesterday from just the 2nd day of Crossfit? Well, it was so bad, that my legs gave out on me several times when “trying” to walk. I think I may have pushed alil harder than I should have. Anyhow, I am not usually a wuss to pain and can handle soreness, but while reading up on it came to realize my range of motion was very much jeporadized. So, with that being said, I decided to listen to my body and take a rest day today. I am trying so hard not to get discouraged. I will honestly say, I am kinda disturbed at the fact that the head trainer said I should come in 4-5 days a week. I mean shit, I’m just starting here ya terd! I have decided to do what I think is right for my out of shape ass and start out with 3 days a week (M-W-F). The only problem is he has yet to announce the days the On-Ramp will be. So the days might change. Hopefully he doesn’t make them consecutive days. :-/ This head trainer is kinda crazy too… he posts videos of himself doing WODs with gas masks on. WTF???? Something to do with “elevation/resistance” Is that even normal???
